PRESEASON NOTES
A scorer who could be a big part of the UH attack this season... A versatile player, can play both of the guard spots as a solid ball handler and scoring threat... Has a great jumper allowing her to score from the outside, but also a quick step that forces defenders to respect her ability to get to the basket... Presents match-up problems for defenders because of her quickness... Coach Curl refers to her as "an absolute ankle-breaker."

2007-08 (FRESHMAN)
Came off the bench to appear in 29 games as a freshman, averaging 3.1 points and 1.1 rebounds per contest... Had a single point and two rebounds in her UH debut against Texas Southern (11/9/07)... Scored a career-high 14 points in seven minutes against Middle Tennessee (11/19/07)... Knocked down three triples and accounted for a career-high five field goals... Also had her first career steal... Had three points and a career-best four assists in a career-high 24 minutes against McNeese State (11/25/07)... Scored a team-high 11 points along with six rebounds against No. 8/7 LSU (11/29/07)... Came off the bench to score three points and grab three steals at Texas Tech (12/4/07)... Scored five points and grabbed two rebounds at Miami (12/8/07)... Had six points and two rebounds, including a 4-for-4 effort from the free-throw line at Akron (12/16/07)... Shot 3-for-4 from the field and 4-for-4 from the charity stripe in 16 minutes against TCU (12/21/07)... Had two points and two assists against Duke (12/28/07)... Tallied a rebound and two assists... Had two assists and a rebound against UTEP (1/4/08)... Scored nine points, including six from the free throw line, where she was 6-of-6, in the Conference USA Quarterfinal against Southern Miss (3/7/08).

Played at West Orange-Stark High School for coach Callie Orebo... Three-sport athlete for the Mustangs, also participating in track and field and volleyball... Team achieved a record of 117-15 during her career and was regional runners-up three times... Also won three District Championships and one Area Championship... Averaged 36.0 ppg, 8.0 apg and 5.0 spg as a senior... Named the District 21-3A MVP during 2006-07...
